Stephen Mansfield, PhD. President and CEO of Methodist Health System (Dallas). Dr. Mansfield moved to Dallas in 2006 to become president and CEO of Methodist Health System after spending seven years in Little Rock, Ark., serving as president and CEO of CHI St. Vincent Health System. Dr. Mansfield is an active member of the Dallas community, having served as chairman of the Dallas Regional Chamber and on the board of Dallas County Community College District Foundation, Dallas Citizens Council and North Texas Commission. In addition to his PhD in organizational leadership from RegentUniversity in Virginia Beach, Va., Dr. Mansfield has an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
