Tim Francka was named COO of Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Mo., effective Dec. 1.
Mr. Francka has worked at the hospital for 37 years, according to a Nov. 3 news release. He most recently served as administrative director of long-term care for Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation, overseeing its long-term care, residential care and independent living facilities. He previously held human resources leadership roles and served as administrator of two of the organization’s long-term care facilities.
In his new role, Mr. Francka will join the executive leadership team and oversee key operational areas across the hospital and foundation.
