Mark Klosterman. President and CEO of Faith Regional Health Services (Norfolk, Neb.). Since joining Faith Regional in July 2014, Mr. Klosterman has overseen several changes at the 227-bed acute care hospital. For instance, the hospital has seen employee engagement and patient satisfaction scores increase, acquired accreditations in chest pain and stroke and experienced approximately a 40 percent increase in home health visits. Mr. Klosterman was previously president and CEO of St. Joseph’s Hospital-Breese (Ill.). He has a master’s degree in both information technology and business administration and is a fellow of the AmericanCollege of Healthcare Executives.
