Michael Glenn, MD, FACS. CMO of Virginia Mason Medical Center (Seattle). Dr. Glenn was the physician-in-chief at Virginia Mason before being named CMO in 2013 to lead a team of about 500 physicians employed by the medical center. Board certified in otolaryngology, he specializes in surgical treatment for head and neck cancer, microvascular surgical techniques, thyroid surgery and parotid surgery. Dr. Glenn is a member of the American Society for Head and Neck Surgery, American College of Surgeons, Northwest Academy of Otolaryngology, and several other professional organizations. He is also a clinical associate professor at the University of Washington in Seattle.
