Jonathan E. Gottlieb, MD. Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Executive of IU Health (Indianapolis). As CMO of IU Health, Dr. Gottlieb works with the IU School of Medicine to ensure quality and effectiveness of clinical, research and educational activities throughout the health system. Prior to joining IU Health, he served as CMO for the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. He also has experience as CMO for St. Louis-based Barnes-Jewish Hospital and assistant vice chancellor for clinical affairs at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine, Dr. Gottlieb completed his fellowship at Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Hospital.
