Mark Clark. CIO of Yampa Valley Medical Center (Steamboat Springs, Colo.). Mr. Clark has served as CIO of Yampa Valley Medical Center since 2013. Prior to this role, he was CIO of Fort Collins, Colo.-based Poudre Valley Hospital and Elk City, Okla.-based Great Plains Regional Medical Center. While at PVHS, Mr. Clark was instrumental in the health system’s journey to receive the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
