David Chou. Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer of Children’s Mercy Hospital Kansas City (Mo.). Mr. Chou created Mercy Hospital Kansas City’s enterprise digital strategy roadmap and IT securities program. During his tenure, Mr. Chou turned the IT department around from a cost center to a partner with the organization. He previously served as healthcare IT advisor to East Lansing-based Michigan State University. In 2016, The Huffington Post named Mr. Chou one of the Top 100 Most Social CIOs on Twitter.
