1. Anthem tapped Jacquelyn Wolf to serve as executive vice president and chief human resources officer, effective Aug. 28.
2. Innovation Health CEO Dave Notari is leaving his role "to pursue other opportunities," effective Aug. 16.
3. David Wichmann, president of Minnetonka, Minn.-based UnitedHealth Group, will become CEO of the company Sept. 1 after Stephen Hemsley leaves the position.
4. UnitedHealth named Valerie Montgomery Rice, MD, and Sir Andrew Witty to its board.
5. Peter Beilenson, MD, CEO of Baltimore-based insurer Evergreen Health, resigned Aug. 1.
6. Durham, N.C.-based Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina selected Patrick Conway, MD, a CMS official, to serve as president and CEO, effective Oct. 1.
