1. Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare appointed Warren Kirk CEO of its Central Valley market, a three-hospital network.

2. Henry County Medical Center in Paris, Tenn., named Lisa Casteel CEO, effective Nov. 28, 2017.

3. St. Luke's Quakertown (Pa.) Campus selected Dennis Pfleiger to serve as COO.

4. Jesús Garza is retiring as senior vice president of St. Louis-based Ascension Healthcare and market executive for Ascension's Texas Ministry, effective Aug. 1, 2017.

5. Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare tapped Frank Molinaro to serve as market CEO for its Abrazo Community Health Network, which encompasses six acute care hospitals.

6. Huron Medical Center in Bad Axe, Mich., named Christie Bishop, BSN, CNO.

7. Albany, N.Y.-based St. Peter's Health Partners appointed Thomas Robert CFO.

8. Palm Springs, Calif.-based Desert Regional Medical Center CEO Carolyn Caldwell is leaving her post, effective Feb. 24, 2017.

9. San Antonio-based Christus Santa Rosa Health System named Dean Alexander president and CEO, effective April 3, 2017.

10. Albuquerque, N.M.-based Presbyterian Healthcare Services named Dale Maxwell president and CEO.

11. W. Larry Cash, president of financial services and CFO of Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems, will retire from his executive management position and the company's board of directors on May 16.

12. Boise, Idaho-based Saint Alphonsus Health System tapped Shelley Harris, DNP, RN, to serve as CNO.

13. Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health Chief Legal Officer Paul Gilbert resigned.

14. Dameron Hospital in Stockton, Calif., promoted Denise J. Hair to vice president of nursing services and CNO on a permanent basis.
