1. Moody’s affirms NorthShore University HealthSystem’s ‘Aa2’ and ‘Aa2/VMIG 1’ ratings
Moody’s Investors Service affirmed Evanston, Ill.-based NorthShore University HealthSystem’s “Aa2” and “Aa2/VMIG 1” ratings, affecting $280 million of outstanding debt. 

2. S&P downgrades rating to “A-” on Broward Health’s bonds
Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services lowered the underlying ratings to “A-” from “A” on Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health’s series 2005A, 2007 and 2008A variable-rate demand bonds.

3. S&P assigns ‘AA-‘ rating to Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital’s bonds
Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services assigned an “AA-” long-term rating to the California Health Facilities Financing Authority’s series 2016A and series 2016B revenue bonds issued on behalf of Palo Alto, Calif.-based Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital. 

4. Fitch revises Children’s Specialized Hospital’s outlook to stable
Fitch Ratings revised New Brunswick, N.J.-based Children’s Specialized Hospital’s outlook to stable from positive. 

5. Fitch revises Mount Nittany Medical Center’s outlook to stable
Fitch Ratings revised State College, Pa.-based Mount Nittany Medical Center’s outlook to stable from positive.

6. Moody’s assigns ‘Aa3’ rating to Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital’s bonds
Moody’s Investors Service assigned an “Aa3” rating to Palo Alto, Calif.-based Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital’s proposed series 2016A and series 2016B fixed rate revenue bonds, affecting $166 million.

7. Moody’s downgrades Indiana Regional Medical Center’s outlook to ‘Ba1’
Moody’s Investors Service downgraded Indiana (Pa.) Regional Medical Center’s rating to “Ba1” from “Baa3,” affecting $34.8 million of debt. 

8. Fitch assigns ‘AA’ rating to Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital’s bonds
Fitch Ratings assigned an “AA” rating to Palo Alto, Calif.-based Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford’s $78.1 million of series 2016A revenue bonds and $100 million of series 2016B revenue bonds.

9. Moody’s upgrades Agnesian HealthCare’s rating to ‘A2’
Moody’s Investors Service upgraded Fond du Lac, Wis.-based Agnesian HealthCare’s rating to “A2” from “A3,” affecting approximately $100 million of fixed rate revenue bonds.

10. Moody’s affirms United Regional Health Care System’s ‘A1’ rating
Moody’s Investors Service affirmed the “A1” rating on Wichita Falls, Texas-based United Regional Health Care System’s $91.4 million of outstanding debt.

11. Moody’s places Presence Health’s ‘Baa2’ rating on review for downgrade
Moody’s Investors Service placed Chicago-based Presence Health’s “Baa2” rating on review for downgrade, affecting approximately $503 million of debt. 

12. Fitch affirms Beatrice Community Hospital’s ‘BB+’ rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the “BB+” rating on Beatrice (Neb.) Community Hospital’s series 2010B revenue bonds, affecting $30 million.
