Beacon Health is the Medicare ACO of EMHS.

The CAC initiative will include about 7,000 Cigna beneficiaries who receive care from Beacon Health’s 600 physicians.

Beacon Health will use registered nurse care coordinators who are aligned with Cigna case managers to better coordinate care. Providers can be reimbursed in a pay-for-value structure if they meet certain quality and cost goals.
