In addition to these changes, CHC will implement a 5 percent pay reduction for all salaried employees, a monthly mandatory day off for hourly employees and a reduction in travel and other projects. The layoffs, which are approximately 2.3 percent of CHC’s total workforce, and the reduction in hours, are expected to save the company $6.2 million annually.
