Indianapolis-based St. Vincent Health, part of St. Louis-based Ascension, laid off 85 employees.
2. Mercy in Iowa cuts 43 jobs as part of living center consolidation
Mercy Medical Center-Clinton (Iowa) confirmed 43 job cuts as a result of the consolidation of its living centers, both in Clinton.
3. Mental Health Partners lays off about 17 employees
Mental Health Partners, a Boulder, Colo.-based addiction and mental health services provider, cut about 17 jobs, or about 3.5 percent of its nearly 500-person workforce.
4. Tennessee hospital to lay off 15% of staff
Oneida, Tenn.-based Big South Fork Medical Center revealed plans to lay off 20 employees, or about 15 percent of the hospital’s 130-person workforce.
