Salt Lake City is the best emerging U.S. city for early-career talent, according to a July 23 post from LinkedIn News.
The list of the 10 best emerging cities to launch a career is based on LinkedIn’s annual list of the 25 fastest-growing U.S. metro areas for jobs. The 10 best cities for early-career talent have the highest share of professionals under age 25 compared to ranked peers.
The 10 cities below all have shares of professionals under 25 that are higher than the average among the cities on the rise, which is 10.14%.

3. Albany, N.Y. — 11.84%
4. Myrtle Beach, S.C. — 11.81%
5. Sacramento, Calif. — 11.22%
6. Lancaster, Pa. — 11.11%
