Hancock Medical Center in Mississippi Lays Off 8

Bay St. Louis, Miss.-based Hancock Medical Center has laid off eight employees and cut the hours of others, according to a report by WLOX.

Hospital officials told WLOX there should be no concern of the hospital closing, but the cuts had to be made to balance the budget.
