In addition to the workforce reduction, GRMC has offered 11 additional employees alternative roles at the hospital, according to the report.
The workforce reduction and restructuring at GRMC were made necessary because of reduced Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements as well as lower admissions and growing charity care costs, according to the report.
