Truven Health’s transparency, the Treatment Cost Calculator, is an online reference that provides accurate, real-time estimates of out-of-pockets costs personalized to individual consumers.
The tool incorporates consumers’ benefit designs, providers and locations to let consumers more easily identify providers that offer the services they need at a cost that is equal to or less than a reference price. The calculator is part of the Truven Health suite of consumer health solutions and accessible to consumers through their payer or provider.
