Truman Medical Centers Breaks Ground on $29M Outpatient Facility, Surgery Center

Truman Medical Centers, based in Kansas City, Mo., has broken ground on a $29 million, 90,000-square-foot outpatient center at its Hospital Hill campus in Kansas City, according to a Kansas City Public Media report.

The new facility will house a surgery center, imaging center and ENT center.

Landmark Healthcare Facilities is funding 88 percent of the project’s costs. Landmark will own the building and share rent proceeds with Truman Medical Centers.
