Leidos Health was named a finalist in the Oustanding Corporate Citizen of the Year, Large Business category. The nominations period took place from January-March 2015. Finalists and winners were chosen by an independent selection committee from a competitive field of applicants.
The Large Business category is awarded to a Northern Virginia large business, more than 500 employees, for outstanding contributions during the past year to employees and the community. The company has been a longtime advocate for the community and has a longstanding reputation for above-and-beyond CSR efforts. Special consideration will be given to applicants that demonstrate collaboration, with other businesses, non-profits, or government, in their CSR efforts. This award recognizes excellence in CSR, particularly as it relates to Northern Virginia.
