Huntsville Hospital’s Madison Facility to Open Later This Month

Huntsville (Ala.) Hospital’s planned 60-bed hospital in Madison, Ala., which is scheduled to open later this month, has appointed its first board of directors, according to a Huntsville Times report. The 12-member board includes Mike Goodman, vice chair of Huntsville Hospital’s governing board, as well as a local physician and community leaders.

Construction on Madison Hospital began in December 2009. The hospital will begin treating patients Feb. 28, according to the report.
