Mr. Griffith has served in healthcare appraisal roles at Huron Healthcare and Wellspring Partners before coming aboard Principle Valuation. He also served as a consultant at a self-named valuation firm for residential housing properties, as well as a real estate broker for West End Real Estate.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate and business administration from Arizona State University, is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and is a certified general real estate appraiser in Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin.
