Prior to Principle Valuation, Mr. Holmes was a consultant with Wellspring Valuation from 2004 to 2006, and the president of Healthcare Valuation Services from 2002 to 2004.
Over the past several years Mr. Holmes has been overseeing a study on hospital building lives, a project which now encompasses more than 400 hospitals nationwide. The study projects structural lives of hospital buildings to differ from the lives published by the American Hospital Association.
