When complete in May 2014, the center will concentrate Yuma’s cancer services — including oncology physicians, clinical research, radiation oncology, pharmacy and lab services, a cancer resource center, therapy services and nurse navigation — in one location.

The total cost of the center will be approximately $36 million. Yuma Regional Medical Center will also sponsor three oncology fellowships at the new center, according to the report.
