Electra Hospital in Texas to Begin $11.4M Expansion

Electra (Texas) Hospital recently broke ground on its $11.4 million expansion, according to a Times Record report.

The expansion, which has been in the works for the past six years, includes a 19-bed inpatient wing with eight private rooms as well as plans to repave the parking lots. The projects will double Electra Hospital’s current size.

Lancaster Pollard underwrote the project using a taxable fixed-rate mortgage note insured by the FHA Sec. 242 program.
