The expansion, which has been in the works for the past six years, includes a 19-bed inpatient wing with eight private rooms as well as plans to repave the parking lots. The projects will double Electra Hospital’s current size.
Lancaster Pollard underwrote the project using a taxable fixed-rate mortgage note insured by the FHA Sec. 242 program.
