Becker’s ASC Review is a bimonthly publication that offers general business, legal and clinical guidance on topics including joint-ventures, development and expansion, and regulatory and compliance issues, as well as analysis and insight for specialties including bariatrics, orthopedics/spine, gastroenterology, neurosurgery, pain management, ophthalmology, ENT and anesthesiology. Beginning in 2009, Becker’s ASC Review will also include three special issues:
- February’s will focus on mergers and acquisitions of ASCs, valuation issues for ASCs and 20 great physician leaders.
- June’s will focus on legal, regulatory, safe harbor and anti-kickback issues for ASCs.
- October’s will focus on ASC benchmarking and statistics for ASCs and 20 great ASC administrators.
