Teladoc names former Allina Health CEO to board of directors

Teladoc has appointed Kenneth H. Paulus, an executive advisor at the private investment firm Water Street Healthcare Partners, to its board of directors.

Mr. Paulus is a former president and CEO of Allina Health, a Minneapolis-based integrated health delivery system. Prior to joining Allina Health, he served as CEO of Atrius Health, a Boston-based physician organization.

As a member of Teladoc’s board of directors, Mr. Paulus will serve on two committees: the Nominating & Corporate Governance committee and the Quality & Safety committee.
