Teladoc has appointed Kenneth H. Paulus, an executive advisor at the private investment firm Water Street Healthcare Partners, to its board of directors.
Mr. Paulus is a former president and CEO of Allina Health, a Minneapolis-based integrated health delivery system. Prior to joining Allina Health, he served as CEO of Atrius Health, a Boston-based physician organization.
As a member of Teladoc's board of directors, Mr. Paulus will serve on two committees: the Nominating & Corporate Governance committee and the Quality & Safety committee.
