Teladoc hires 1st chief human resources officer

David Schloss joined Teladoc as its first-ever chief human resources officer.

Mr. Schloss most recently served as vice president of HR at clinical stage cell therapy company Caladrius Biosciences, formerly NeoStem. He maintains more than 25 years of experience in HR, spanning pharmaceutical, biotech and consumer healthcare industries.

Mr. Schloss is also a labor and employment attorney.

“As the Teladoc business has evolved and expanded, so too have our human resource needs,” said Jason Gorevic, CEO of Teladoc. “It’s paramount that we build on our HR foundation to continue to meet the talent acquisition, employee development and associated compliance needs of a growing and diverse employee pool.”
