ProMedica OnDemand offers patients 24/7 video consultations with healthcare providers through a partnership with American Well. Patients can access the service through the ProMedica OnDemand mobile app or website for non-emergency conditions, including bronchitis, eye infections and the flu.
For a ProMedica OnDemand visit, patients will be charged $49 or less per consultation.
