First Choice Health expands telehealth coverage: 3 notes

First Choice Health, a Seattle-based health plan administration and services company, will begin offering members access to virtual care visits, effective Jan. 1.

Three notes:

1. FCH announced on Dec. 11 its partnership with 98point6, a text and chat-based telehealth platform, according to a news release emailed to Becker’s Hospital Review.

2. Through the partnership, FCH will offer its self-funded employer customers access to 98point6’s 24/7 virtual primary care services.

3. FCH’s independent preferred provider network spans eight states, with more than 110,000 providers, 2,400 facilities and 362 hospitals in the network.
