The feature, called TeleVisits, provides patients with the option to connect with a clinician via a live video visit on their smartphone. TeleVisits is integrated into eClinicalWorks’ EHR platforms, so information submitted or shared by patients during a telehealth visit can be directly imported into their EHR.
