Baptist Health Corbin debuts teleICU services

Louisville, Ky.-based Baptist Health launched remote intensive care unit services through a partnership with Advanced ICU Care, a telemedicine and patient monitoring provider.

Baptist Health Corbin (Ky.) is the first of the health system’s eight main hospitals to deploy the teleICU service.

Through the partnership, Advanced ICU Care will provide Baptist Health Corbin’s ICU patients with 24/7 remote intensivist care via video conferencing and data monitoring technologies.
