UnityPoint Health–St. Luke’s in Sioux City, Iowa, announced the opening of Sunnybrook Medical Plaza in Sioux City.

The 86,315-square-foot medical facility offers a wide array of outpatient services, including family and internal medicine, urgent care, imaging, laboratory, infusion, cardiology and podiatry services.

Irgens, a commercial real estate solutions firm, oversaw all facets of the project construction and design.
