Aurora, Colo.-based UCHealth Vice President of Supply Chain Richard Bagley has retired after more than four years with the health system.

Mr. Bagley shared his decision in an Aug. 20 LinkedIn post, saying he spent his tenure navigating healthcare supply chain challenges and working to ensure clinicians and patients had access to needed supplies.

The retirement comes amid several recent supply chain leadership changes across health systems. Renton, Wash.-based Providence named Amanda Chawla chief supply chain officer, effective Aug. 24, filling the role left vacant after Dave Walker’s retirement in early November following nearly a decade in the position. Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health separately named Allison Corry senior vice president and chief supply chain officer.

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
