- Sasmar first partnered with Aquatrove in 2008 by commercializing the biotech’s patented fertility lubricant.
- The deal closed this week, officially transferring ownership of Aquatrove’s global portfolio of intellectual property, patents, and 14 years of research data to Sasmar.
