Founded in 1997, Preventive Maintenance Medical focuses on maintenance and equipment sales of laboratory sterilizers and washers, according to a Prescott’s news release. In August, Prescott’s also acquired an anesthesia machine company.
The Monument, Colo.-based company said it plans to acquire more businesses and expand its services.
