The Allentown, Pa.-based system chose the medical supply company to “create a leaner, more efficient supply chain” through cost-saving initiatives, according to a March 5 news release from Medline.
Medline’s 1-million-square-foot distribution center in Perryville, Md., will allow Lehigh Valley Health Network to order daily shipments for each hospital’s expected needs.
