Here are three things to know.
1. Through the 10-year agreement, ROi will serve as the exclusive GPO for HPS’ national contract portfolio, providing cost management and supply chain services.
2. HPS members will also gain access to ROi’s complete portfolio of offerings, including strategic contracting and sourcing, private label products and utilization management.
3. The agreement took effect Jan. 13.
