Mark Wietecha of Kurt Salmon to Lead National Children’s Hospital Association

Mark Wietecha has been named president and CEO of the combined National Association of Children’s Hospitals, National Association of Children’s Hospitals and Related Institutions and Child Health Corporation of America, according to a news release.

The organizations merged in April and have been searching for a leader.

Mr. Wietecha has been the executive chairman of Kurt Salmon, a management consulting firm comprising more than 1,500 consultants around the world in several industry specializations. Mr. Wietecha began his career with Kurt Salmon in 1985 and during his tenures served as executive chairman, chairman and managing director of the healthcare practice.
