Jita Buño. Director of Supply Chain Management at UC Davis Medical Center (Sacramento). Ms. Buño has served as director of supply chain management for UC Davis Medical Center since 2013. In this role, she offers strategic and tactical leadership for procurement, strategic sourcing and operations. The Institute of Supply Chain honored Ms. Buño with the 2017 Economic Cycle Research Institute’s Achievement Award. She has served on the American College of Healthcare Executives’ Event Planning Committee and Vizient Value Analysis Committee and continues to serve as a member of ACHE. Before joining UC Davis, she served as a U.S. Navy intelligence officer.
