During her tenure, Ms. Buckel has overseen St. Joseph’s wellness center strategy and developed its retail wellness center; she has launched five such centers to date, which tout a combined 98.5 percent customer satisfaction rating. Retail wellness center customers reported a 29 percent reduction in inactivity, a 4.3 percent reduction in obesity and a 13.5 percent decrease in overall stress levels.
