Sam Rossmann. CEO of TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital (Houston). Five years ago, Mr. Rossmann took on the role of CEO of Addison, Texas-based United Surgical Partners International’s TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital, and he has led it through major growth since then. He oversaw a hospitalwide expansion that resulted in various new features, including six new operating rooms. He also helped increase revenue by 25 percent and took on efforts to recruit 16 new surgeons. Before joining TOPS, Mr. Rossmann held other leadership positions at USPI, including regional director of Florida operations and director of strategic operations.
