Caswell Samms III. Network CFO of NYC Health + Hospitals (New York City). Mr. Samms serves as network CFO of the Generations+/Northern Manhattan Health Network, which is one of NYC Health + Hospitals’ strategically integrated networks. Through this position, he oversees the finances of two hospitals — Harlem Hospital Center and Lincoln Medical Center — and three neighborhood family health centers — Segundo Ruiz Belvis Diagnostic and Treatment Center, Renaissance Health Care Network and Morrisania Diagnostic and Treatment Center. Previously, Mr. Samms served as vice president of revenue cycle at Bronx, N.Y.-based St. Barnabas Hospital. He was also the vice president of finance and planning, as well as the assistant vice president of planning and business development at East Orange (N.J.) General Hospital.
