Valley View Hospital (Glenwood Springs, Colo.). The 49-bed Valley View Hospital reported 2,807 admissions in 2016 and physicians performed 952 inpatient surgeries. Truven Health Analytics named Valley View Hospital among the 100 Top Hospitals in the nation in 2014. The hospital is also a Planetree Designated Patient-Centered Hospital and offers interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, neurosurgical and comprehensive cancer care, which are unique services to the area. Healthgrades honored the hospital with the 2016 Coronary Intervention Excellence Award.
