For the 2019 rankings, OnlineMasters.com analyzed each university’s curriculum quality, program flexibility, affordability and graduate outcomes through interviews and surveys of current students and alumni, along with data from the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System and the National Center for Education Statistics.
Only programs from accredited nonprofit institutions were eligible.
