OhioHealth (Columbus). Founded in 1891, OhioHealth has grown into a large nonprofit, faith-based hospital and healthcare organization with 11 hospitals and more than 50 ambulatory sites. Fortune Magazine has named the health system one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For for the past decade and Truven Health Analytics named OhioHealth among the 15 Top Health Systems from 2011 to 2016. The health system provides significant benefit for the community; in the 2015 fiscal year, the system reinvested nearly $278 million to its communities, including $63.8 million in charity care.
