“Of our jobs with the best security, 70 percent of the top 10 jobs on that list are in the healthcare industry,” Janica Ingram, U.S. News’ careers editor, told Becker’s. “So this is definitely an industry that is not only experiencing fast job growth — nurse practitioners particularly are experiencing 46 percent job growth, which is faster than the average, over the next 10 years — but these jobs are definitely security-rich.”
