Clint Cresawn, manager of the Colorado Rural Health Center’s STRIDE program, presented the results of the patient satisfaction survey at a public meeting earlier this month. CRHC’s STRIDE program is designed to help healthcare facilities assess community health needs and economic impact.
Specifically, the report showed 92 percent of RGH’s patients were satisfied with the hospital’s quality of care, customer service and provider/patient interactions.
