Jack Cox, MD. Senior Vice President and Chief Quality Officer of Providence St. Joseph Health (Renton, Wash.) and Senior Vice President and CMO of St. Joseph Health (Irvine, Calif.). Prior to joining St. Joseph Health in 2015, Dr. Cox served as the senior vice president and chief quality officer for Newport Beach, Calif.-based Hoag Hospital. In this role, he oversaw the development of physician engagement models, infection prevention methods, patient safety efforts and regulatory compliance. Dr. Cox also served as a regional medical director for Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare, where he developed extensive outpatient quality measures and created a family practice residency program.
