Jacklynn Lesniak, BSN, RN. Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer of Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Midwestern Regional Medical Center (Zion, Ill.). Ms. Lesniak became senior vice president of patient care services and CNO of Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Midwestern Regional Medical Center (Midwestern) in 2013, responsible for strategic leadership for nursing and other patient care areas. She ensures patient and caregiver needs are met through the care delivery model as well as technology-related initiatives. Under her leadership, the hospital achieved Magnet recognition and the CMS five-star rating. Prior to joining CTCA at Midwestern, Ms. Lesniak was CNO and COO of Watertown (Wis.) Regional Medical Center, a nonprofit community-based hospital affiliated with Madison, Wis.-based UW Health.
