The Ochelata, Okla.-based clinic includes a pharmacy, X-ray lab, dentist office and a storm shelter for tornados.

The new facility is one of four clinics and a hospital the tribe committed to build using $100 million in profits from casinos. The new facilities will help distribute the patient load: In 2014, the tribal healthcare system had 1.2 million patients, according to the report. The remaining clinics will be built in Jay, Stilwell and Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
